About Us
NAPALSA is the student-led national organization representing Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander law students since 1981. Our mission is to provide a national voice for AANHPI law students, foster professional and personal development, and advocate for the dignity of our communities. We work closely with legal and affinity organizations across communities, such as NAPABA and Young Lawyers Network, to provide resources for budding AANHPI lawyers, community-building opportunities, and an advocacy toolkit for leaders of the next generation. NAPALSA is committed to inclusion and representing the diversity of the AANHPI legal community.

What We Do
NAPALSA collaborates with professional organizations, such as NAPABA and Young Lawyers Network, as well as national, regional, and institutional affinity groups to provide community-building and professional resources to APA law students.
We annually host regional social events and networking opportunities, as well as virtual programming on different professional pathways, such as the path to clerkships, pre-OCI processes, and public interest careers.
