Alice Hu (She/Her/Hers), 3L at Harvard Law School

Alice Hu is from Philadelphia and attends Harvard Law School. She studied international relations at Harvard College, graduating magna cum laude with high honors. After college, she worked at an international law firm and two legal technology companies in San Francisco, where she worked closely with the founder and executives on strategic initiatives.

She plans to work in technology law and policy, specifically the governance of emerging technologies like AI and blockchain. At HLS, she is on the board of the Harvard APALSA, Harvard Graduate Council, and Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, a Research Assistant at the Access to Justice Lab, and a Teaching Fellow at the Berkman Klein Center’s Cyberlaw Clinic.

As the daughter of an immigrant single mother and the first in her family to attend school in the U.S., Alice is deeply passionate about the empowerment of AAPI and other marginalized communities through advocacy, education, and community-building. She enjoys mindfulness and meditation, speculative fiction, and spicy cuisines.
