Vice President

Michelle Nguyen (She/Her/Hers), 3L at University of Texas Law School 

Michelle is a 3L at the University of Texas School of Law. Michelle is NAPALA's 2023 Vice President. At Texas Law, Michelle serves as the co-president for Texas Law's Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, an Articles Editor for the Texas Journal for Civil Liberties and Civil Rights, and as an Expunction Pro Bono Scholar. Outside of the law school, Michelle serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), where she works with children who are in open CPS cases to provide judges with informed recommendations for next steps for the children. Michelle has a strong belief in the power of investing in people and plans to use her time in law school and future in the legal field to find ways to transform communities and foster justice.
