Khailee Marischuk (She/Her/Hers), 1L at George Washington University Law School, Washington DC
Khailee Marischuk is a 1L student from the George Washington University Law School. She received a B.S. in Genetics from the University of Georgia and a Master’s and Ph.D. in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison for her thesis work on neural regeneration after traumatic brain injury in adult Drosophila melanogaster. She is interested in pursuing a career in patent prosecution which would utilize both her scientific and legal training. Outside of law school, Khailee enjoys reading, hiking, baking, and exploring the DC area. She is part of the APALSA chapter at GW along with the Street Law, Student Intellectual Property Law Association, and Law Association for Women.
