Eunsoo Choi (She/Her/Hers), 3L at Loyola University Chicago School of Law

Eunsoo Choi is from Seattle (Go Huskies!) and attends Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she serves as the VP of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She recently worked as a privacy legal extern at Walgreens where she assisted with both healthcare privacy compliance and consumer privacy protection. Prior to attending law school, she worked for two Fortune Global 500 companies as a corporate paralegal in Los Angeles. During her 1L summer, she was a summer associate at Barnes & Thornburg in Chicago. For her 2L summer, she will join Reed Smith in Chicago as the Managed Care Litigation Fellow and summer associate. Eunsoo likes to explore new food, cocktail, and coffee spots in her free time.
