Sean Kim (he/him/his), 3L at University of Illinois College of Law

Sean is a third-year law student at the University of Illinois College of Law, and he plans to work in labor and employment litigation upon graduation. He is involved with the Labor and Employment Law Society at Illinois Law, and volunteers virtually for the Gender-Marker & Name Change Clinic in San Diego, where he helps transgender residents update their government records to align with their identity more accurately. Prior to law school, Sean attended UC San Diego where he obtained a B.A. in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations.

As an AAPI law student and an immigrant, Sean is passionate about advocating for his community and advancing AAPI interests in the legal industry and beyond. He also enjoys cooking, weightlifting, and photography.
