Director of Southern Region

Elaine grew up in Singapore, and relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma for her law school studies at The University of Tulsa College of Law. She graduated from National University of Singapore with a B.A. in Statistics and Geography, and a Minor in Psychology. At The University of Tulsa College of Law, Elaine founded the new Association - Asian Law Student Association (ALSA), and served as the President previously. Elaine is currently serving as the Secretary of the Reproductive Rights Law Society and the NAPALSA Liaison of ALSA at TU Law. She completed her externship at Tulsa County Public Defender Office and will continue to work with them in pursuance of her love for Criminal Law. In her free time, Elaine enjoys rock climbing, salsa, swimming, and venturing out to new eateries.
