The General Membership & Election Meeting is Friday, Nov. 9 at 4:00 pm. Please check the room number of the meeting when you arrive at the conference site. All candidates will be given an opportunity to make a Candidate Statement (between three (3) to four (4) minutes long) and answer questions from the Membership and outgoing Board of Directors. After all candidates have had the opportunity to make statements, ballots will be passed out to each Voting Member. Ballots will then be collected and confidentially tallied by the Election Committee.

The election results will be announced the same day. Winning candidates will be required to attend a transition meeting with the outgoing Board of Directors on Saturday, Nov. 10 at 2:00 - 3:30 pm and will be formally inducted into their positions at the NAPABA Gala Dinner. Attendance at both events is required, barring extenuating circumstances. If you are unable to attend either the transition meeting or the Gala, please notify the Secretary immediately.
